I’ve walked the path of loss. First by losing my only son, and then by doing the hard work to survive and rebuild. I don’t write from a place of clinical theory; I write from the trenches of lived experience. Nothing about my growth was pretty. It was ugly, lonely, and necessary.

My work is designed for those who have had enough of the platitudes and the “silver linings.” My goal is to provide a map for the reality of moving through life without a support system, and the quiet, persistent effort required to heal.

Whether you're looking for raw expression, actionable tools for healing, or simply a voice that understands the weight you’re carrying, you’ll find it in my collection. Maybe you, your sister, or a friend will find a line that whispers, "You get me."

I believe in direct, honest communication. I believe that talking about the hard stuff is the only way through it. The truth is: grief is the ride of your life. You can be the passenger or drive.

Welcome to the conversation.
